How to Apply -> Step-by-Step Process

Step 1 : Registration

Create an account by providing your email ID and required details. Login credentials will be sent to your email (check spam folder if not received).

Step 2 : Login

Access the portal using the provided login ID and password.

Step 3 : Read Instructions

Review the Admission Notification and Brochure available on the portal before filling the form.

Step 4: Fill Application Form

Enter all required details marked with (*) and upload the necessary documents and photograph.

Step 5: Make Payment

Pay the application fee online under your relevant category. Ensure payment is successful before proceeding.

Step 6: Save Progress

Click “Save” to store your entries. You can modify the form until the payment is completed.

Step 7: Submit Application

After all details are uploaded and verified, submit the form. No changes can be made after submission.

Step 8: Download Copy

Log in to the dashboard to download your application form and fee receipt.

INPORTANT NOTE:

 If payment is deducted but not reflected in your application, then please mail to doms@nalsar.ac.in with the transaction number.
Keep a copy of the application form and payment receipt for future reference. The University may request them along with attested documents later.

Admission Process

Mandatory documents to be attached

  • 1. Recent passport-size photograph (front-facing, plain background)
  • 2. Signature of the candidate
  • 3. 10th and 12th certificates & marksheets
  • 4. Government ID proof — Aadhaar / PAN / Voter ID
  • 5. Category certificate (if applying under SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS, or PwD)
  • 6. PwD certificate issued by a competent authority (if applicable)
  • 7. EWS certificate issued as per Central Government norms (if applicable)
  • 8. Study & residential certificate from Telangana (only for Resident Student of Telangana category)
  • Proof of passing qualifying exam in Telangana
  • 4 years’ residence in the previous 7 years, issued by Tahsildar/MRO

Application Fee & Payment Details

Application fee can be paid online only through the payment gateway.
Fee Structure:
  • General Category: ₹2,200
  • OBC/SC/ST/EWS/PwD: ₹1,500
  • Applicants are responsible for online transaction charges, which will be displayed on the payment page.
Note: Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
