The Doctoral program at DoMS is geared to provide students opportunities for professional leadership in all the major fields of management as well as unique areas like corporate governance, and innovation and sustainability. The objective of the Ph.D. program is to inculcate research skills and provide an adequate orientation towards leadership and entrepreneurship for doctoral scholars. With several faculty members who are passionate about research, the academic culture at DoMS ensures researchers are encouraged to explore, question, and actively seek peer feedback while developing socially useful projects and ideas.
