Many upcoming topics viz. SMAC (Social Mobility Analytics Cloud), Customer Relationship Management, Linear and Neural Shopping Map were discussed in these interactive sessions. His experience in the domains of Change Management and Consulting were also beneficial for the students as many current issues regarding organizational and individual level changes were elucidated. This credit course was a successful contribution to strengthening the knowledge base of the students and provide them with extensive information about the different avenues in Retail Management.
