The Master of Arts (Business and Commercial Laws) program is a wholesome and rigorous program that brings together theoretical as well as technical legal skills. Through this program, we aim to provide participants with deep knowledge of business as well as corporate laws that shall enable them to look at situations with perspectives of business as well as laws.

The objective of this program is to foster a culture of law based decision making in corporate setting and in that light impart such skills that are essential in making judicious decisions. It primarily aims at:
