The Training and Placement Advisory Cell (TPAC) of NALSAR University of Law’s Department of Management Studies (DoMS) has implemented considerable process improvements to evolve with time in the post-pandemic world. Our recruiters have witnessed the significant steps we’ve taken to establish a very efficient process that saves time for both prospects and organizations. The Placement Committee has made the system more transparent and accountable, allowing recruiters and students to make more informed judgments, especially as the students, the recruiters, and the University working through the TPAC are the three stakeholders in the placement process.
