Traditionally, students of management had functional options like finance, marketing, human resource management etc. but times have changed. The MBA program consists of core course credits and elective course credits. A course can be of one, two, three and four credits. The total credits offered during the program are 130. One credit is equivalent to ten and half hours of teaching/contact sessions. The M.B.A. program covers thirty-five teaching courses including one seminar course and a Master’s level dissertation. As part of the program, every student undergoes three (one mandatory and two optional) internships to help them understand the application of the theory learned in the class and real life challenges to these applications.
